B-complex #12 contains a complex of easily absorbed B vitamins, some of which are included in both their basic form and active form. The active forms of B vitamins 6 and 12, riboflavin, include the active form of folate 5-MTHF. This is so that the product can ensure that you get the most bioavailable B-complex possible. Note that vitamin B can change color when exposed to moist air. Urine turns yellow-green when you eat B vitamins. Always taken with food.
