Viterna ZMA Multiplex is a ZMA supplement in capsule form that contains three forms of magnesium (glycinate, citrate and oxide) together with zinc, vitamin B6, vitamin D3, GABA and L-theanine. The product is designed for use in connection with evening intake and recovery.
Magnesium contributes to normal muscle function, normal psychological function and normal function of the nervous system. Zinc contributes to normal fertility and reproduction, normal protein synthesis and the normal functioning of the immune system.
Vitamin B6 contributes to the regulation of hormonal activity and reduced fatigue and exhaustion. Vitamin D contributes to the normal function of the immune system and to maintaining normal muscle function.
The product also contains GABA and L-theanine, which are commonly found in supplements intended for evening use.
