Description
DuoDERM Extra Thin can be used as a first and second dressing when bandaging dry to slightly oozing wounds and as protection to prevent chafing or pressure sores. The bandage fits well on areas that might otherwise be difficult to bandage, such as ears and fingers. DuoDERM Extra Thin has a thin polyurethane film surface that acts as a barrier against bacteria and viruses as long as the dressing is firmly in place. The dressings are also designed to reduce the risk of further skin damage by protecting against the impact of clothing and sheets. Can be removed without damaging the newly formed tissue.
