Pureness kombucha is based on only four ingredients, all of the highest quality, filtered water, organic green tea, organic cane sugar and a living Kombucha culture. Organic Sencha is used as the tea base. It is one of the most classic and Japanese varieties of green tea, and gives an exciting taste. Sugar plays a big role in the fermentation process. Not to sweeten the drink, but to accelerate the development of lactic acid bacteria strains.
