ACO 50+ Multivitamin contains vitamins and minerals suitable for women and men over 50 years of age. Two small tablets a day contain 12 vitamins and 10 minerals with, among other things, folic acid, vitamin B12, calcium and vitamin D3. As age increases, the energy requirement decreases, while the need for most nutrients remains. ACO 50+ Multivitamin has a carefully selected composition that takes this into account. The dietary supplement also contains antioxidants such as vitamin C and vitamin E, which help to protect the cells against oxidative stress. The tablets do not contain vitamin K because specific needs and medication with blood-thinning drugs (eg Waran) have been taken into account, which are relatively common in people over 50 years of age. • Vitamin B12 and folic acid contribute to reducing fatigue and exhaustion as well as to normal psychological function. • Vitamin D contributes to the normal function of the immune system and to maintaining normal muscle function, bones and teeth. • Vitamin C and vitamin E help to protect the cells against oxidative stress.
