Chamomile flowers from controlled organic cultivation. Chamomile is said to be good for the stomach. Use for tea or add to a soothing bath. A perfect way for an ice cold drink is to cold brew the herbal tea. You can either use a specially made bottle with a built-in tea strainer or simply pour the tea into a pitcher and add water. Let the tea steep overnight and then strain it. Cool and optionally add a little honey. Maybe you appreciate a little roughness and acid? If so, add squeezed lime or lemon.
