The little monkeys contain a total of 10 vitamins and 3 minerals including 500 ug of folic acid, 14 mg of iron, vitamin D, vitamin B12, vitamin B6, vitamin A, selenium, iodine, vitamin C and vitamin E. Monkids Pregnant gummies are easy to chew and you don't have to swallow large capsules or tablets. The chewable tablet has a natural taste of blood orange and dark red color from black carrot. - Vitamin D and vitamin B12 have a role in the cell division process. Vitamin D also contributes to a normal bone structure. - Folic acid has a role in the cell division process and contributes to normal blood formation and tissue growth in pregnant women. - Iron contributes to reducing fatigue and exhaustion, to normal formation of red blood cells and to the normal functioning of the immune system.
