Description
Mepilex Border Lite is an adhesive, absorbent dressing that works in foam. It is suitable for maintaining moist wound environments, such as pressure ulcers, foot ulcers and scrub wounds that take time to heal. The dressing absorbs wound secretions, and the Safetac surface prevents fluid from leaking out. It also reduces the pain and tissue damage during dressing changes, due to the Safetac technology that makes the dressing easy to remove despite good adhesion. In addition, the bandage can be lifted up and reattached with the same adhesion. The dressing can be showered with, and can be used as a dressing, or on its own. Can also be used under a compression bandage.
