Description
D-mannose is a simple sugar or monosaccharide found in many fruits. It also occurs naturally in certain cells of the human body, where it is involved in the so-called protein glycosylation, which in turn is important for the correct functioning of many cellular activities in the body. D-Mannose consists of large molecules that are not absorbed into the bloodstream and thus do not affect blood sugar. D-mannose can therefore act locally in the urinary tract. The product also contains the patented Cranberry extract AFTM which is standardized and has a guaranteed content of active ingredients. Cranberries have been used traditionally for the urinary tract. It is the combination of D-Mannose and Cranberry AF extract that makes the product extra effective. Enriched with vitamin C which contributes to the normal functioning of the immune system and protects the cells from oxidative stress.
