Sonnentor Stinging nettle 50 g

Organic Nettle for tea. Gives a soft and herbal taste. Take 1 tablespoon and pour over boiling water, approx. 2dl for a cup, let steep 5-10 min. Strain out the herb and enjoy a lovely tea!
