Örtagubben Fläderblom contains 100% dried elderflowers from organic elder, excellent as a scent or flavoring agent and for a cup of elderflower tea. Elderberry is appreciated for its fresh taste and is widely used in both cold and hot drinks and desserts. Let 1-2 teaspoons of elderflower steep in a cup of steaming hot tea water for 5-10 minutes. You can also season other foods with elderflower or use as a lovely fragrance in a potpourri together with other herbs and plants.
