General Terms:

By signing up and using this website, you agree to fully adhere to our stated below terms and conditions, as well as our company’s policies, which reserves the right to terminate your account, in case of any or several violation(s) and/or infraction(s) of these terms and conditions.

Lolli World Import & Export Co. Ltd. reserves also the right to withhold any funds, or to charge penalties, as well as other administrative fees, as a result of violations and/or infractions which requires further investigations and/or follow up with external parties such as companies, organizations, governmental agencies, and other legal entities.

Lolli World Import & Export Co. Ltd is the rightful owner of Lolli.World platform, and therefore the name “Lolli.World” written in the terms and conditions refers legally to Lolli World Import & Export Co. Ltd.

Lolli.World is a marketplace which only connects sellers with buyers and takes no direct nor indirect responsibility for what is conducted on its platform. Lolli.World is not responsible for any legal action(s) taken against any seller selling goods or services on its platform.

It’s prohibited to promote or sell the following:

Weapons or weapons related items, which include any parts that may be used to make or manufacture weapons and/or firearms of any sort.

Drugs or any ingredients, parts, or products that may be used to produce or use drugs which are classified as illegal by national and/or international laws.

Children’s pornography, and other sexual contents which are classified to be illegal by international laws.

Counterfeited products or misusing or infringing trademarks.

Other internationally banned and prohibited products and materials such as ivory and ivory products, products from endangered species, as well as other prohibited products which may not have been specifically mentioned or named in our terms and conditions.

It’s always the sole responsibility of the seller to know what products and items are considered to be illegal by national and international laws.

Lolli World Import & Export Co. Ltd does not take any legal responsibility for the items and products which are sold by individual sellers, nor should it be held liable in any way for what sellers sell on its platform.

Lolli World Import & Export Co. Ltd takes no responsibility for sellers’ actions conducting sales on its platform, which include the sale of goods, communications between sellers and buyers, as well as the shipping services offered and/or managed by sellers.

Sellers have the sole responsibility to fulfill orders, and to deliver the exact products, items, and services which they have advertised and/or listed and sold on Lolli.World

Sellers have the sole responsibility to include any taxes such as VAT according to the laws in their countries. Lolli.World is not responsible to collect nor remit any sort of taxes and/or duties on the behalf of sellers to any governmental agency in any country.

Sellers accept to share information entered and/or collected by sellers with Lolli.World and its business partners.

Each seller is required to enter the payment information. In which he/she would like to receive the selling funds on. Lolli.World remits sellers funds by the following methods only: PayPal, Payoneer, Bank Money Transfer.

Sellers get remitted on the 1st day of each month, to the account which is registered in the seller’s account on the platform.

Lolli.World takes 12% commission fee for the sales conducted on its platform.
