Fenugreek is a well-known herb in the traditional healing art of Ayurveda and is widely used as a cooking spice in India and the Middle East. The herb guy Fenugreek seeds are rich in minerals and vitamins. Beneficial for the intestine and digestion. Preferably dry roast or fry together with other spices before e.g. vegetables are added to neutralize the sharp bitter taste. The spice tastes good in stews, soups, noodle and rice dishes as well as Asian food with curry. Are also easy to sprout, which then gives a curry-like taste.
