D3+K2 are vitamins that work in synergy, they interact with each other. The dosage of D3 and K2 is adapted to the body's needs in a Nordic climate. Vitamin D contributes to a functioning immune system and K2 maintains normal blood coagulation. D3+K2 also contributes to a normal bone structure. Coconut fat and blueberry powder are added to improve the body's absorption of D3 and K2. Both vitamin D and K are fat-soluble, which means that the absorption of the vitamins increases if you take them together with a good fat source, hence added coconut fat. Blueberries contain vitamin K2, so to increase the body's recognition factor, there is therefore added blueberry powder in Vitamin D3+K2.
