Preparation: Pour 250 ml of boiling water over the tea bag and let it steep for about 5-7 minutes (longer for a stronger taste).

Yoga exercise to start the day
Sit cross-legged or on a chair with your spine straight. Hook your hands together at chest height and raise your forearms parallel to the floor.
Turn your upper body and arms to the left as you inhale and to the right as you exhale. Continue for 1-3 minutes. During and at the end of the exercise, look “from the inside” at a point between the eyebrows with your eyes closed.
