ACO Kvinna Multivitamin contains vitamins and minerals adapted for women in Nordic climates. Two small tablets a day contain 13 vitamins and 10 minerals such as folic acid, iron and vitamin D. ACO Kvinna Multivitamin also contains antioxidants such as vitamin C and vitamin E which help to protect cells against oxidative stress. • Iron contributes to normal energy metabolism and the formation of red blood cells and hemoglobin.• Vitamin B12 and folic acid contribute to normal psychological function and to reducing fatigue and exhaustion. Folic acid also has a role in the cell division process and contributes to tissue growth in pregnant women.• Vitamin D contributes to the normal function of the immune system, vitamin D and calcium contribute to the maintenance of normal muscle function and bone structure and teeth.• Vitamin C and vitamin E contribute to protecting the cells against oxidative stress.
