Jelonet is a sterile paraffin ointment compress made from a specially woven gauze. The fabric's interlock technology means that the threads do not fray when cutting the compress. Jelonet is soft and non-adherent and can be combined with a cover dressing. Jelonet does not contain drugs and is ideal to use together with antibiotic treatment under the supervision of a doctor.
