Hemoplette is a dietary supplement for good blood counts. It contains Vitamin B12 which has a role in the cell division process and contributes to the normal formation of red blood cells. Folate (folic acid) which contributes to tissue growth in pregnant women and to normal blood formation. Iron which contributes to the normal formation of red blood cells and to reducing fatigue and exhaustion. Zinc which contributes to normal fertility and reproduction and contributes to the normal function of the immune system. Vitamin C which increases iron absorption and helps to reduce fatigue and exhaustion. Thiamine (B1) which contributes to normal energy metabolism. Riboflavin (B2) which contributes to maintaining normal red blood cells. Vitamin B6 which contributes to the normal formation of red blood cells and contributes to reduced fatigue and exhaustion. Hemoplet also contains extracts of nettle and alfalfa, plants that are both rich in both vitamins and minerals.
