ACO Kvinna Multivitamin contains vitamins and minerals adapted for women in a Nordic climate. Two small tablets a day contain 13 vitamins and 10 minerals such as folic acid, iron and vitamin D. ACO Kvinna Multivitamin also contains antioxidants such as vitamin C and vitamin E which help protect cells against oxidative stress. • Iron contributes to normal energy metabolism and the formation of red blood cells and hemoglobin. • Vitamin B12 and folic acid contribute to normal psychological function and to reducing fatigue and exhaustion.
