Solgar® Inositol 500 mg contains inositol, usually called vitamin B8, which plays an important role in many different processes in the body. Inositol is water soluble and is part of all cell membranes in the body. It works in a similar way to choline. Foods that naturally contain inositol are citrus fruit, lecithin oil, seeds, whole grains, nuts and leafy vegetables.
