Ecofloss Duo has two parallel flosses with the aim of better encapsulating plaque between the threads. Users with sparse interdental spaces may prefer the double wires as they can be perceived as a thicker wire together. All brace handles for Ecofloss dental floss braces and packaging are based on corn starch (PLA), which is a 100% renewable raw material from the plant kingdom.
