JärnOptimal is an iron supplement with bivalent iron (ferrous iron) that is gentle on the stomach. Among other things, iron contributes to normal energy metabolism, normal formation of red blood cells and hemoglobin, to the normal functioning of the immune system and to reducing fatigue and exhaustion. JärnOptimal comes in vegetable capsules where each capsule provides 25 mg of pure iron. The bivalent iron has high bioavailability, which means that the body absorbs it easily.
