Descripción
Calcipos-D mite is a medicine containing calcium and vitamin D, both of which are important for new bone formation. Calcipos-D mite is used to prevent and treat a lack of calcium and vitamin D in the elderly, as well as as an additional treatment for bone fragility (osteoporosis) in patients at risk of calcium and vitamin D deficiency. Vitamin D3 regulates the uptake and conversion of calcium as well as the storage of calcium in the skeleton. The tablets can be swallowed whole, divided or crushed.
