Närokällan D3 2000 contains 50 mcg of vitamin D per capsule together with MCT oil in powder form. Vitamin D is fat-soluble and needs fat to be absorbed optimally. Vitamin D contributes, among other things, to the normal functioning of the immune system and to maintaining normal bone structure.
