Herbal Tea Stinging Nettle fromrtagubben consists of 100% organic nettle leaves, which contain vitamins B, C and K as well as minerals such as silicon, potassium, magnesium and iron. The high iron content makes nettles particularly suitable for vegetarians who do not get iron from meat. For being a vegetable, nettles contain a relatively high level of protein (approx. 8 g/100 g) and, just like other vegetables, they are also very rich in fibre.
