red, full-bodied rooibos flavored with pieces of ginger and lemongrass, which both gives a little sting and freshness to the taste. Rooibos, which is not really a tea as it is not made from the leaves of the tea bush, is the perfect evening drink as it is caffeine free. It comes from carefully selected plantations at the Cedar Mountains, north of Cape Town. Rooibos has a slightly sweet taste and does not become bitter from being separated for a long time from both green and black tea.
