Holistic K2+D3 in olive oil is a dietary supplement in capsule form that contains 45 μg K2 and 50 μg vitamin D3.
Vitamin D contributes to the normal function of the immune system, muscles and bones, to the maintenance of normal teeth, normal absorption of calcium and phosphorus, and normal calcium levels in the blood. Vitamin D3 contributes to normal absorption and use of calcium, as well as to the maintenance of normal calcium levels in the blood. Vitamin K and vitamin D contribute to the maintenance of normal bone mass. Both vitamin D and K are fat-soluble, therefore this food supplement contains olive oil to ensure absorption of the vitamins whether you take the capsule with food or on an empty stomach.
