Betolvidone is a medicine that contains 1mg of Vitamin B12 per tablet. Betolvidone is used for a special type of blood deficiency (Pernicious anemia) that occurs when there is a lack of vitamin B12, but also for other types of B12 deficiency that occur when the body cannot absorb the vitamin in the diet in a normal way. The dose is determined by a doctor who adapts it especially for you. B12 is a vital vitamin, among other things for the formation and function of the blood. If the body cannot absorb the vitamin through the diet, a deficiency can occur.
