Sorbact Gel Dressing is a bacteria-binding gel compress that prevents infection and facilitates wound healing. The unique, green Sorbact surface naturally binds to bacteria from the wound, which then accompany the dressing when it is removed. In this way, the number of bacteria in the wound is reduced and healing is facilitated without any active substances being released into the wound. Sorbact Gel Dressing consists of a compress with Sorbact® bacteria-binding wound contact layer together with a water-based gel that delivers moisture to the wound and thereby creates an optimal environment for wound healing.
