The turmeric root, which was considered sacred in India 5,000 years ago, shines brightly golden yellow. Combined with delicious chai spices such as sweet cinnamon and cardamom, their full perfection shines in this tea. Its enjoyment provides exotic warmth and wonderful moments.
Particularly delicious, slightly sweetened and with milk/a (vegan) milk variant. For the best possible development of the turmeric, it is recommended to prepare it as “Golden Milk”: Simply boil the tea bag in milk (100 °C), then let it steep for at least 5 minutes for safe consumption. Then enjoy!
Preparation: Pour 250 ml of boiling water over the tea bag and let it steep for about 5-7 minutes (longer for a stronger taste).

Yoga to strengthen digestion
Sit in any position with a straight spine. Form your lips into a kind of beak and start taking small sips of air
'drink'. Drink as many sips as you can. Then close your mouth, hold your breath and start moving your stomach in circles.
Keep your upper body still. Alternate circles clockwise and counterclockwise. If you can no longer hold your breath, breathe out slowly and gently through your nose. Repeat three times. Do the exercise on an empty stomach.
