Pukka Clean Matcha Green is a green tea with matcha powder, fennel, licorice, nettle, essential oil from lemon, turmeric, lemon peel and lemon myrtle.
Unlike black tea, green tea is not oxidized, but instead the tea is steamed and dried immediately after picking. This means that healthy substances from the tea leaves are preserved.
Organically certified with the EU leaf.
Pukka's teas are in portion bags to preserve the good taste and protect the herbs in the tea. The tea bags themselves are made from a mixture of acaba (a type of banana), wood pulp and cellulose fibers from plants, and the bags are sewn together with organic cotton thread. The strings of the tea bags are made of organic cotton.
