The activating emulsion L'Oréal Professionnel Inoa ODS Oxydant Riche works as a developer for the hair colors from Inoa and is available in strengths 10 vol., 20 vol. and 30 vols. Properties: acts as an oxidizing agent in hair dyes counteracts damaged hair helps to create natural hair shades one package is enough for about 16 colorings Contents: natural oils - cares for hair damaged by coloring Application: Mix the activating emulsion Inoa ODS and your chosen hair color in a ratio of 1:1 choose a 3% developer to re-dye the hair in the same tone, a 6% developer to change the color one to two shades and a 9% developer for hair to be dyed three shades lighter. Then apply the mixed hair color to dry hair and leave for 35 minutes. Detailed instructions are included with the hair dye.
