Multi contains a total of 27 vitamins, minerals and other nutrients in a composition with a focus on strength and absorption. OmniVegan Multi Contains B vitamins in methylated forms. This applies to B12 and folic acid. These active forms do not need to be converted in the body but can be absorbed directly. In OmniVegan Multi, several forms of organically bound minerals are also used. This applies, among other things, to the bisglycinate form in zinc, manganese and iron and the picolinate form in chromium and the yeast form in selenium. Calcium is also included in a natural form from algae. Other topics include inositol, boron, silicon from bamboo and choline.
