Bjäst Extra is a nutritional yeast that is grown specifically for food supplements and is rich in natural B vitamins. Bjäst is produced by the nutritional yeast Saccharomyces Cerevisiae which is cultivated in a favorable environment. Used when you do not get enough B vitamins in your other diet. Signs of vitamin B deficiency are fatigue, exhaustion and dizziness.
