Medistus AntiVirus is a lozenge that provides increased protection against viruses and bacteria. Medistus Antivirus contains Kistosyn® 200 extract that forms a protective film over the mucous membranes of the mouth and throat. This protective barrier creates a physical barrier against viruses and bacteria and protects against its penetration into the body's cells for further spread. Kistosyn® 200 extract is made from polyphenol-rich herbs. Lozenges with fruit flavor.
The tablets can be taken as a preventive measure or at the first sign of throat irritation. Can be used from 6 years. Children from 6 years of age should take a maximum of 1 tablet per day. Children over 12 years of age (with body weight over 25 kg) maximum 3 tablets per day. Adults can take 3-6 tablets per day.
One lozenge contains 840mg of Kistosyn 200 extract (consisting of gum arabic, cretaci rose extract, buchu leaf extract, Chinese blackberry leaf extract). The other ingredients are maltodextrin, maltitol, sorbitol, ascorbic acid, citric acid, apricot flavoring, blackcurrant flavoring, medium triglycerides, stevia extract, peppermint oil, purified water. Contains maltitol, sorbitol and peppermint oil. Contains menthol, and cienol as constituents of the buchu leaf extract. The product's ingredient list may be updated over time.
